This was the first weekend since we closed on the house that we were able to work on it. We were able to clean a lot and gut the downstairs bathroom. Fun stuff. The downstairs bathroom is the first big project that we are working on. One room at a time :-) Hopefully in a couple of weeks it will be completed and we can move to the next room. On Friday, I was able to go to the house and clean the kitchen from top to bottom. I had a lot of fun. I put a rug in front of the sink to make it feel a little homey, even though we don't have anything in the house. I did all of that cleaning on Friday ,then on Saturday the Lord blessed us with a full kitchen set (kitchen cabinets and real granite counter top). There has to be some altering to the kitchen before the set can go in. But in time it will be awesome. Maybe that will be our next big room to complete. This is all so exciting.

Looks like it'll be a great place to bake all those goodies you create! How exciting to see God's plan unfold.
Hurry up and get the bathroon done so we can visit and help with other things! It will look good soon! Can't wait till we see it again!
