Garden

My garden was very odd this year. My cucumber plants did wonderful. But then I had some plants that didn't produce anything (zucchini and squash) and my tomatoes weren't turning red. Frustrating!!! Two weeks ago I was ready to pull all of the plants up and prepare my gardens for winter. But when I went out, I saw the first shades of yellowish orange on one of my tomatoes. They were finally turning.  Since then I've picked at least 10 beautiful red tomatoes off of the plants.  Pretty soon I'll have enough to make some of Joyce Smith's spaghetti sauce :-)
