After six weeks of e-mailing and texting, Daniel called my dad and asked him if he could officially date me. Of course Dad said he could. I was extremely excited. We finally were able talk on the phone. We talked for two weeks on the phone before we had an opportunity to see each other. I was able to go up and see one of his last softball games of the season. It was a lot of fun.
