A Visit from Mom :-)

Yesterday, my mom came to visit. We had a wonderful time together. I was so sad to see her leave :-(. While she was here, we made beautiful dresses for my nieces Grace and Abby. We had so much fun making them. Thanks for coming to visit mom.

Marshall and Shaylen

Last Saturday, our pastor and his wife went to a leadership conference. We had the wonderful pleasure of kidsitting their twins, Marshall and Shaylen. We had a wonderful day with them.

On March 26, we celebrated Daniel's birthday. I am so happy to be married to such a wonderful man. Happy Birthday Daniel.

Melissa's Baby Shower

On Saturday, I attended a surprise baby shower. The shower was very pink. She is having a girl, obviously. :-) It was a very cute shower.

Quilting

On Friday, I started quilting again. It has been a few months since I had quilted and I really missded doing it. I made a quilt for a friend of mine that was having a baby shower. She has four boys and will be having her first girl sometime in April. So of course, I used pink as my main color.

Dad Jones Birthday

In March, we went for a trip to CT. It was to visit and to celebrate my Dad's birthday. We had a wonderful time with the family. Happy Birthday Dad.

In February, we celebrated Daniels Dad's Birthday. We had a fun time at the party.

Plant from Uncle Hal

This post is especially for my Uncle Hal. A couple of months before Daniel and I got married, my Uncle Hal gave me a few plants. One of the plants was a Christmas Cactus. A few weeks ago, it started blooming. It is such a beautiful plant. I couldn't believe how many flowers bloomed on it. Thanks Uncle Hal.

A Beautiful Sunday Lunch

A few Sundays ago, Daniel and I had a picnic lunch (in the car, it was FREEZING). It was a beautiful day out and the water was gorgeous.

Beautiful Valentine Flowers

Daniel and my Dad gave me flowers for Valentines Day. I was so excited to receive them. :-) Noni sent us a beautiful small Valentine table runner. It goes perfectly on our dining room table.
