My Beautiful Kitchen

This Saturday, Daniel put in the kitchen with some help. It looks so nice. I love it. There is still some work to be done on it, but it looks absolutely incredible. I am so pleased at how it turned out.

Painting

The living room is half painted. Hopefully next week, I'll be able to complete the room. Jeremiah primed the hallway for me.

Progress on the Bathroom

The downstairs bathroom is starting to look better. There are only a couple more things that need to be done to it to finish it. It's hard to see from the pictures how well it looks.

Dumpster Filling

With all of the construction on the house, there has been a lot of garbage. We got a dumpster from Home Depot to get rid of the stuff. I am so happy to get all of that junk out of the garage.

Happy 13th Birthday Sam

Last Thursday was Sam's 13th Birthday. Happy Birthday Sam, I hope you had a wonderful day.

Happy 16th Birthday Josiah

Wednesday was Josiah's birthday, but on Friday we had a surprise party for him. Everyone pitched in and we got him a kayak. We had lots of fun. Jake, Lauren, Grace and Abby came over too. Gracie didn't enjoy the very loud song we sang to Josiah. I had a good time with the girls.

Extracting Honey

Last week, we extracted honey from Dad's bee hives. Mr. and Mrs. Darling came over with their supplies to help us out. It was really interesting. I enjoyed myself.

Huge Project

Daniel, his dad and Christian did a lot of work on the kitchen this past Saturday.
